Yet another parking ticket in Charlottesville.

- We're still missing parking spaces due to the snow piled up everywhere.  
 - The healthy way to look at it? $15 for all-day parking in the City of Charlottesville. 
- Why didn't the City of Charlottesville vehicle below get a parking ticket for parking illegally?
