Can I get a refund on my co-pay?
I love the double standards. To fix health care:
1) Make the patients the customers.
2) Let us know how much things cost - I don't have co-pays when I take my car to the shop.
3) Have *everybody* in the profession - doctors, nurses, admin staff, patients, customer - be accountable.
There's more to it, but this would be a good place to start.
