Jim lives, works and plays in the Charlottesville area, and is very involved in the building and organizing the community, both on and off-line.

I am consistently analyzying the Charlottesville and Albemarle real estate markets so as to best advise my clients. These real estate charts and graphs are one way I have found to be useful. Please note that the data prior to November 2009 is inaccurate due to a communcation/translation failure from the Charlottesville MLS to the data provider.
